		<description>I am a Doig fan, though it had been many years since I had read any of his books. This one was good, but either I am at a different phase in my reading life or I wasn't in the mood. It didn't carry me away like "Ride with me Mariah, Montana" and some of his earlier ones.</description>

		<description>Here I am commenting on my own post. I just finished the book this morning. Doig threw a twist in at the end that I didn't think was needed. After all that beauty, and just when he had made me comfortable with all the characters, he aroused my initial suspicions and confirmed them. I still highly recommend it, and still loved it. I just wish authors would consult with me first before throwing in a different ending!</description>
